1970's DES Brand Jagdnicker Knife with Red Deer Antler Handle & Sheath
This is an excellent condition older DES Brand Jagdnicker Knife from the mid 60's-early 70's with a beautiful 'RED' Deer Antler handle and a Roaring Stag Scene on one side of the blade and a decorative Leather Jagdnicker Sheath.

This is a very very lightly sharpened but unused beauty and a great piece of Solingen history and has a mirror finish blade and a European 'RED' Deer handle with the Crown having a Silver decorative Pommel with Stag Head and it is a semi tang knife.
The logo is D/E/S under a lance and flag in a circle, a brand name of David Everts Solingen Germany.
The original David Everts company was founded in 1806 and registered in Solingen in 1886. The founder’s grandson, Julius Everts, sold the Everts company and trademarks to Ludwig Groten in the 1930’s. Ludwig’s son, Hermann, took over management of Groten in 1963 continuing to produce knives under the Ludwig Groten and David Everts (D/E/S) logos. Mr. Groten dissolved Ludwig Groten GmbH in 1975, but reformed David Everts GmbH in the mid 1980’s continuing to produce D/S/E knives.
Made in the mid early to mid 70's
It is in excellent unused condition, no dings etc and has been very very lightly sharpened, and in original condition and has never been used. The cutting edge is very sharp
Stamped on the Blade is: DSE Emblem SOLINGEN ROSTFREI Molybdanstahl 4116 which is a cutlery steel
The handle is made from finest Red Deer Antler with Silver Pommel with Stag Head

DSE Solingen Germany collectors knife comes with the original Nicker Sheath made from leather with metal fittings which is in perfect condition.
